Our facility is set up with a focus on group play, so your dog must be friendly with people and other dogs, socialized and
up-to-date on all vaccinations. We cannot take aggressive or non-socialized dogs.
All dogs over 1 year must be spayed or neutered.

Once we’ve confirmed space, we’ll schedule a quick, free 10-minute interview so your pup can meet us and explore.
We only offer tours/interviews after confirming availability—so no one falls in love with our place only to find we’re full!
If your dog is a bit nervous, we may suggest a daycare visit before their stay to help them settle in and feel at home.

Rates
Our all-inclusive rate covers four playtimes a day, plenty of love, and a peanut butter Kong at bedtime. Dogs enjoy fetch, pond time, and play with pals from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
We operate like a hotel — rates are per night and based on a 24-hour stay. Check-out is the same time as check-in; late check-outs are $2/hour per dog.
Example: Check in at 8:30 am and check out at 4:30 pm would be an additional $16.
We offer free medication administration (excluding insulin) and accommodate special diets.

Reservation Requests
You can request a reservation up to 180 days from the last day of your trip. (Pro tip: Google “180 days before [your date]” to calculate easily.)
Holiday and peak dates open first to our most active clients, then current, then new customers.
If we’re full, you’ll be added to the waitlist automatically and contacted if space opens up.

Minimums & Holidays
Minimum stays apply during peak periods to help us manage staffing and space.
You're welcome to check out early, but charges still apply for the full minimum stay.
We are closed for arrivals and departures on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Cancellations
We get that plans change—but last-minute cancellations are tough to fill.
14+ days notice: No charge
7–14 days: $80
1–7 days: $100
Less than 24 hrs: $250
No-call/no-show: Full reservation charged
Fees will be charged to the card on file.
Vaccinations
Photocopies of vet records with expiration dates are required when booking. Dogs without proper documentation will be refused boarding.
Vaccines must be given at least 10 days before your dog’s stay for full immunity:
