RESERVATIONS

With our online reservation system, you can log on anytime to make a request and get an answer within 24 hours! Please create an account HERE, then log back in to make your reservation requests. 

TOURS/INTERVIEWS

All dogs must pass a free interview before boarding with us. We want your dog to have an enjoyable vacation and it helps when they are familiar with us and the cabin. All dogs over 1 year must be spayed or neutered.

PEACE OF MIND

We frequently post photos of the dogs on Facebook and Instagram and you are more than welcome to give us a call or text (412-627-6953) anytime you want an update.

CANCELLATIONS

During our peak season, please notify us of any cancellations or changes to a reservation 10 days in advance.

HOLIDAYS/PEAK SEASON

For holiday and peak season (May - September) reservations we require a minimum charge of three nights, even if your pet’s stay is shorter than three nights.

We are closed for arrivals and departures on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

DEPOSITS

Deposits may be required for a variety of reasons, but especially for holidays, summer, and busy weekends. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel within 10 days your scheduled check in.

DROP OFF/PICK UP

8:30-10:00 am/4:30-6:30 pm

We recommend checking in early in the day so your dog gets a full day of play!

Off-hour arrivals or departures may be arranged in advance for a $25 fee but must be agreed upon in advance.

PET PROFILE

Please fill out our online registration form or download the PDF and bring it with you (along with your vet records) when you drop off your dog. See Requirements for vaccination requirements.
