RESERVATION REQUESTS

Reservation requests can be made six months in advance (180 days exactly) from the first day of your trip.

Pro tip: Google "180 days before June 21 2024" to find out the date without having to do math.

Reservations will open first to our most active clients, then current customers, then new customers.

Should your requested date/time be full, you will automatically be added to our waitlist. We’ll reach out if a space opens up.

DROP OFF/PICK UP WINDOWS

We do drop offs and pick ups every day BY APPOINTMENT during these two windows: 8:30-10:00 am/4:30-6:30 pm.

If you need to change your drop off or pick up time please text us at 412-627-6953.

We recommend checking in early in the day so your dog gets a full day of play! (Please note all dogs under 1 year must check in between 8:30-10:00 am.)

MODIFYING A RESERVATION

Please send all reservation changes via email to info@caninecabins.com. We will do everything we can to accommodate flight changes, delays etc., but we have a limited amount of space and cannot guarantee availability.

Payment is required for all dates reserved even if your trip is shortened. We understand there may be a need to return early but we need a minimum of 14 days’ notice to fill the space you’ve reserved. 

Elsa has been coming for years - she loves to see all of her old friends when it’s time for the dogs to play!

TOURS/INTERVIEWS

We only do tours/interviews for customers with confirmed reservations. We don’t want you to come fall in love with our place and not have availability for your pup!

All dogs must do a free interview prior to boarding. The interview takes about 10 minutes - just enough time for your pup to meet us and have a sniff around.


If your dog is nervous we may ask you to bring them for daycare to their stay to get more comfortable. We want your dog to have an enjoyable vacation and it helps when they are familiar with us and the cabins.

DEPOSITS/Cancellations

We understand that sometimes life is unexpected, and plans change, but the nature of our business makes it challenging to fill openings upon short notice.

In lieu of requesting a deposit upon booking, our cancellation policies are as follows. There is no charge if you cancel more than 14 days before to your stay.

  • 14 days notice: one night charge

  • 7 days notice: 50% of reservation total

  • 24 hours notice: 75% of reservation total

Note: Credit card on file will be charged any necessary fees

In the event of a no-call/no-show, the full amount of your reservation will be charged.
